Welcome to FroYoForYou - where frozen yogurt, known more commonly as ‘froyo’, is given its due and is allowed to step out of the shadow that ice cream casts so vastly (Not that we hate ice cream or anything! We like the occasional scoop.).

I first discovered frozen yogurt during a lunchtime in London almost 18 months ago and have been hooked on the stuff since then. There is something about the texture and the flavour which marks it as a different entity to ice cream, which I had only just started to, ironically, warm to in recent months. From that day, I aimed to try out froyo wherever I could find it.

We’ve only just started out on our quest to review what the world has to offer in terms of frozen yogurt both in specialist chains, self-serve parlours or even the tubs available in supermarkets or the corner store. You could even have a go at making your own frozen yogurt with the aid of our recipes section

Here we hope to review all kinds of ‘froyo’ both in America where it really took off and in the UK where its starting to tentatively take its first spoonful into the mainstream.
